1. Deposits and Cancellations

PAYMENT

Full prepayment by bank remittance, bank draft or bank certified cheque must be received at least two weeks before commencement of services. Our bank account number is 1242440 at ANZ Bank, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.
In order to send money to the ANZ Bank, have your bank adhere to the following instructions:

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee according to the case incurred will be charged. The hotels have a 21 days notice of cancellation policy for groups and 7 days notice of cancellation policy for individual travellers.

CONFIRMATIONS

All reservations are normally confirmed by return with the up-dated booking status. If no confirmation is received within 2 working days, clients are kindly requested to re-send their requests.

RATES

All rates are quoted .NET to Travel Agents in U.S. Dollars at current rates of exchange and are subject to change without prior notice.

CHILD POLICY

For children between 2 to 12 years old (who have completed year 11), the following price policies apply:
- Child in extra bed 15% discount on total package
- Child no bed 25% discount on total package
- Child in twin no discount (child airfare only)
- Land services only 50% discount on total package

Note: Maximum 04 children are allowed at reduced rates, per party.

For infants between 0-2 years old (who has completed year 1), the following policies apply:
- No extra bed, no meals, no entrance, all services free, except air ticket (90% discount     of adult fare)
- Crib upon request, rate to be determined on a case by case basis.
- Extra bed upon request.
- Local services: 90% discount

LIABILITY

“Indochina Partner Travel acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, transport-operators and local tourist offices providing the services. We can therefore not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists including those occurring outside touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be worn by the tourists. Programs, prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in our tour implies the tourist’s agreement to the above conditions".
